Coach Brian Yeager
I have been involved
in the strength and
conditioning field for the
last five years. In high
school I competed as a
full-contact kickboxer
where I first saw the benefits of placing a
strong emphasis on training for strength
and power to improve performance. I've
recently started the sport of Olympic
Weightlifting and am active in many sports
including football, skiing, and powerlifting.
I strongly believe that while natural talent
goes a long way, champions are made, not
born. Most sports requiring strength and/or
explosive speed demand that you work
hard to increase your performance in the
gym. Athletes of all ages can benefit from
my programs, starting as young as 5 years
old. The pre-pubescent years are when an
aspiring athlete can make the most
significant progress with a knowledgeable
performance coach in charge of his/her
training.
